PARENT FAQ

Can I bring my own food and cake?+
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own cake, snacks, and beverages. We provide the table space and setup. If you want us to handle food, birthday pizza is available as an add-on for $15 per pie.
Is there parking?+
Yes, we have a dedicated parking lot at 30 Malphrus Rd Suite 105, Bluffton SC. Plenty of space for drop-offs and pickups.
Do parents need to stay?+
For children under 10, at least one parent or guardian must remain on-site. Ages 10 and up can be dropped off. Our party host supervises the entire event.
What about kids who have never gamed before?+
No experience needed. Our staff helps every guest get set up, find games they enjoy, and learn the controls. We see first-timers having the best time every week.
How does booking and payment work?+
Book online and pay in full at checkout. Pick your date, choose your package, select any add-ons, and you are all set. No deposits, no balance due on the day. Easy and done.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the party. Cancellations within 7 days can be rescheduled to a new date, subject to availability. No refund for no-shows.
What ages are birthday parties good for?+
Zero Dark birthday parties work for ages 6 through 17. We tailor game selections and supervision levels by age group: 6-9 year olds get age-appropriate games with extra supervision, 10-13 get competitive tournaments, and 14-17 get full library access.
How much does a gaming birthday party cost?+
The Pro Package is $299 for up to 14 kids for 2 hours. The Legendary Package is $399 for up to 14 kids for 4 hours with setup and cleanup included. Add-ons include VR ($100), photo package ($50), extra hour ($100), pizza ($15 per pie), and birthday shirts ($30 per kid).
